We are looking for an experienced and qualified professional to serve as a Dispatcher for Our Own Fleet (m/f/d) on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local and long-haul shipments using our own fleet. You will create, process, and review all order-related documents, monitor deadlines and transit times, and maintain direct communication with customers and drivers. In addition, your responsibilities will include invoicing and verifying incoming invoices.

Your Main Responsibilities

Handling of local and long-distance shipments using our own fleet

Preparation, editing, review, and distribution of all order-related documents

Tracking Deadlines and Durations

Communication with customers and drivers by phone and in writing

Processing and Review of Incoming Invoices

What We're Looking for in You

Experience in planning and managing local and long-distance shipments

Knowledge of the processes within one's own fleet

Business acumen in billing and invoice verification

Durability, flexibility, and reliable performance

A strong focus on customer service and clear communication with drivers and clients

Your Profile

Completed business training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics

Proficiency in MS Office and digital scheduling systems

An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work

Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills

A sense of responsibility and a good understanding of logistics processes
