We are looking for an experienced and qualified professional as a full-time Local Transport Dispatcher (m/f/d). In this position, you will be responsible for handling local and long-distance transport in our own fleet, as well as creating, processing, monitoring, and distributing all order-related documents. Additionally, you will monitor deadlines and transit times and serve as the point of contact for customers and drivers.

Your Main Responsibilities

Independent collection and delivery dispatching for large vehicles in the company's own fleet and subcontractor vehicles

Processing of vehicles in groupage and local transport incoming goods

Processing of shortages

Customer service in local transport

Creation of unloading reports

What We're Looking for in You

Experience in dispatching and transport processing

Knowledge of transport and warehouse management systems

Resilience, flexibility, and assertiveness

High level of customer orientation and service-mindedness

Class B driver's license

Your Profile

Experience in dispatching and transport processing

Proficiency in MS Office

Written and spoken proficiency in German and English

Organizational skills and strong teamwork and communication abilities

Experience in handling dangerous goods
