Factory tour at BALEMA GmbH in Willstätt

22 Klumpp+Müller employees accepted the invitation of BALEMA GmbH to visit the new site in Willstätt on 3 March 2023. The participants were welcomed in the Balsamico & Vinegar Competence Centre by the Managing Director, Mr. Theo F. Berl. This was followed by a very interesting lecture on the subject of vinegar. Mr. Berl explained to the curious audience the difference between the industrial production of vinegar and the “art of brewing” as it has been practised at Balema for generations. The lecture was followed by a tour of the site. “Be smarter and buy from Theo Essigbrauer” – a slogan whose meaning our employees understood at the latest during the subsequent tasting in the sales room.
