25 aisles, four levels, pallet size of at least 1 x 1 meter and a maximum of 1.40 to 1.20 meters with a height of 1.60 meters – and all this on 900 square meters with an average storage time of 45 seconds. The dimensions could not be better for the new Toyota Radioshuttle warehouse at Klumpp + Müller! It turns our warehouse into a deep-storage solution that enables high-density operations. From now on, we can store palletized goods (big packs and fragile goods of the same batch and weight that cannot be stacked) even more flexibly and efficiently under these conditions. The advantage for our customers thanks to this state-of-the-art automation: storage and retrieval now bear the attribute “Zack-Zack”.

Thanks to optimized space management, our teams now achieve very high handling quality.
