1.600 kWh peak for our e-trucks

For almost every company that operates sustainably, logistics is an essential component of its own greenhouse gas footprint. Because the greatest leverage is found in Scope 3 – where emissions result from activities that do not directly belong to the company – we as logistics experts support our customers in setting up our own company sustainably. Our “cool move” is actually a hot story: we will soon be generating 1,600 kWh peak with our photovoltaic system. It produces the energy for four Power Chargers (which we also provide to our customers). And we use them to charge our four electric trucks. After all, it’s the last few meters that determine how sustainable logistics really is. As a freight forwarder with a trimodal offering, we know what we’re talking about. In the 71st year of our existence, we at Klumpp + Müller are really stepping on the gas. Towards green logistics, of course.
